“Positive Changes”
"Since I started counselling, I am more open in my conversations and with what I'm thinking. I have confidence to do things I couldn't do before (like go swimming in a pool with people around), I don't feel like everyone is looking at me and judging me. I'm getting out more into my garden, I don't feel locked away anymore, in my house or in my head. I'm doing things for myself, instead of thinking I don't deserve to - I'm starting to feel good about me."
